D. Gibbons, MFT Rose Gibbons has been a Licensed Marriage, Family Therapist in the
state of California for the past 28 years with an expertise in developmental psychology and multi-disciplinary experiential
modalities. Since the early 1980’s Ms. Gibbons has been a student, staff member, curriculum designer, facilitator and
trainer of personal and professional development seminars for adults, as well as teens. Over the years she has also
consulted, supervised, coached and trained hundreds of educators, court officers, legal and social services systems, mentors,
interns, Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) and clinical cohorts in the effective use of multi-disciplinary treatment
modalities and the developmental considerations of abuse. Whatever the arena,
she has a passion for designing an experiential context in which course participants breakthrough their perceived ceilings
of achievement, accomplishment and endeavor, and reach for a degree of excellence that exceeds expectations. Ms.
Gibbons is the co-designer and co-facilitator of LEAP – Leadership Education Action Programs. She also serves
as a board member of the non-profit organization, CARTE and is its co-designer and facilitator of the dynamic and accelerated
experiential STARR Programs for abused teens and Partner in Excellence. For the past ten years she has worked for Children
and Family Services, in Orange County, California. She currently serves in the position as a Senior Social Services
Supervisor. Ms. Gibbons and her son reside in Irvine, California.
